We currently offer basketball for Grades K through 8.
Basketball Skills Assessment November 12, 2011 9-1pm at the Strafford School
Schedule:
Girls 5 & 6 grades 9 to 9:45
Boys 5 & 6 grades 10 to 10:45
Girls 7 & 8 grades 11:00 to 11:45
Boys 7 & 8 grades 12:00 to 12:45
Practices begin the week of November 21, 2011 for grades 3 through 8
Season begins with a Jamboree at Oyster River High School on Sunday, December 4, 2011 for grades 5-8
Games will be on Saturdays from 1pm to 5pm grades for Grades 5-8, this is a travel league and games will be played in Strafford, Northwood, Deerfield and Oyster River.
Grades 3 & 4 will play their first games on Saturday, December 10, 2011 from noon to 2pm.
Grades K-2 will start on January 7, 2011 at Strafford School

Kindergarten Clinic 8:00 to 9:00am
First Grade Clinic 9:00 to 10:00am
Second Grade Clinis 10:00 to 11:00pm

Basketball Players~ There will be a skills assessment for all that have signed up for grades 5 through grade 8, next Saturday, November 12, 2011. Grade 5 & 6 girls will be 9:00 to 9:45am; grade 5 & 6 boys will be 10:00 to 10:45am; grade 7 & 8 girls are 11:00 to 11:45am and grade 7 & 8 boys are 12:00 to 12:45pm. All of these assessments will take place at Strafford School. Make sure to have mouth guards and basketball sneakers. See you there!
Parents of Basketball Players ~ We are still looking for volunteers on Saturdays to work the clock, keep the score book and monitor the gym during games. ALSO~ we are in NEED of coaches. Remember, NO COACH, NO TEAM! Please email Torri at tar3664@metrocast.net to sign up.
